Pennsylvania (Day 34)
I spent the day today in Manheim, Pennsylvania celebrating my Nana’s birthday. We go up there on her birthday to do the cooking for her so she can sit and relax. My dad made beef stew and rice, my sister and her boyfriend Nick made rolls from scratch, and for dessert we had a trifle that my mom made and chocolate covered strawberries that I made. It seemed kind of like Thanksgiving, with everyone there and talking about politics, (my sister working for a democratic senator and my republican grandparents) the recent fight in Wal-Mart involving bleach and ammonia mixing together, (guess they didn’t take chemistry) or my Nana’s job at the library. It was an overall good day.
